Ai Calendar Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ai Calendar is made by Olvoma Technologies, Inc. ("we", "us"). For anything about your privacy, email info@olvoma.com.

2. Your account

To use the app we store your name and email address. Email is optional for child profiles. Your password and PIN are never stored as plain text — only as cryptographic hashes.

3. Your content

The app stores what you create in it: calendar events, shopping and to-do lists, notes, and your conversation history with the assistant. This content is kept on our server and is visible only to members of your family group, according to the visibility settings you choose.

4. Voice and the assistant

When you dictate by voice, the audio is transcribed using OpenAI (Whisper). The audio is not stored after transcription — only the resulting text. Text requests to the assistant are processed through the Anthropic API.

5. Third-party services

We share data with exactly three service providers, each only to deliver the feature you are using: OpenAI (voice transcription), Anthropic (assistant responses), and Apple (push notification delivery). They process this data on our behalf under their service terms, which provide protection consistent with this policy, and we do not permit them to use your content to train their models. No analytics providers, no advertising networks, no data brokers.

6. Push notifications

To deliver reminders, we store your device's APNs push token. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.

7. What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• No advertising.
• No trackers and no third-party analytics.

8. Children

Child profiles are created and managed by an adult inside their family group. An email address is not required for a child profile, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what the family adds to its shared calendar, lists, and notes. Ai Calendar shows no advertising and uses no third-party analytics.

9. Data retention, deletion, and your choices

Your content is stored for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account with all its data directly in the app: Settings → Delete account — this removes your data from our server. The assistant's conversation history can be cleared separately in the same settings. To withdraw consent for voice processing, simply stop using voice dictation — typing works everywhere. For any privacy request you cannot complete in the app, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
