1. Who we are

Olvoma Technologies, Inc. ("Olvoma", "we", "us") builds custom AI systems, software, and dashboards for business operations. This policy covers the website olvoma.com. Contact for anything in this document: info@olvoma.com.

2. What this website collects

Nothing you type stays on this site. The contact form does not submit data to our servers — it composes an email in your own mail application, addressed to info@olvoma.com. Until you press Send in your mail app, nothing leaves your device.

No analytics or advertising trackers. We run no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, and we set no tracking cookies. The site is static files: pages, styles, images, and fonts are all served from our own server, with no third-party requests.

Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server records standard technical logs when a page is requested: IP address, requested URL, time, browser user-agent. We use them only to keep the site running and secure, and we do not combine them with any other data or share them with anyone. Logs are kept for a limited time and rotated automatically.

3. What happens when you email us

If you write to info@olvoma.com (directly or via the contact form's prepared email), we receive what you chose to send: your email address, name if you signed it, and the content of your message. We use it for exactly one purpose — responding to you and discussing the work you asked about.

If you asked for an NDA first, we treat everything you share after it under that NDA's terms.

We keep business correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the relationship or required by law, and we do not add you to any mailing list — we do not have one.

4. What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — to anyone, ever.
• We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
• We do not use your inquiries, documents, or data to train AI models.
• We do not track you across other websites.

5. Service providers

The site is hosted on infrastructure we operate with a European hosting provider; email for info@olvoma.com is processed by Google Workspace under Google's standard terms. These providers process data only as needed to deliver hosting and email.

6. Client project data

When we build systems for a client, the handling of that client's data is governed by the contract (and NDA, where signed) for that project — including our standing defaults: systems run in the client's environment, access follows least privilege, and the client owns the code, the data, and the documentation. That engagement data is out of scope for this website policy.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you — which, for this website, is limited to email correspondence you sent us and short-lived server logs. To exercise any of these rights, email info@olvoma.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This website is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever add tools that change what this site collects (for example, privacy-respecting analytics or a server-side contact form), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before those tools go live.
